Name: Notics
Appearance: A metal katana that looks like your average blade. The grip is a simple metal grip. There is a small silver button up just below the guard.
Special Capabilities: At the bottom of the hilt, the butt of the sword can be removed and a liter of water can be stored inside the blade. When the button is pressed very small holes appear on the blade, allowing the water to leak out. Aero uses the water to create ice around the blade allowing him to form shapes on the blade or even extend it by 2.5 feet.
History: Aero has been developing this blade since he joined the state. Doodling sketches of it and blueprints in his spare time.
